Kavanagh Tuite Architects are working on three data centre buildings under a design and build contract. Two of these are currently under construction on this 8ha campus, providing 100MW over a floor area of 45,000 sq.m. A third data centre is due to commence construction shortly, along with an energy centre to provide primary and back-up power to the campus.
