This is a pioneering industry-backed project on the Belfield Campus, involving both new buildings and adaptive re-use of an important Protected Structure. Merville House is an 18th century house, the most significant of six major houses, all protected structures, on the Belfield complex. The project was a sustainable redevelopment of the historic house complex and was completed in a number of phases.
