This was Sysco's first project outside of North America. Some of the key challenges included developing a site strategy for this large facility, the localisation of the rigorous standards and specification for envelope performance and logistics installations for this food distribution facility which included large cold storage warehousing and loading stances for up to 50 HGV's. Procured by Design-and-Build form of contract. Construction commenced in October 2013 and the completed facility was occupied in February 2015.
