Kavanagh Tuite Architects have been working with this Big Five client since 2016 on this 11.5ha campus. To date we have successfully delivered 139MW across five data centre buildings, with a combined floor area of 80,000 sq. m. A further data centre building is currently under construction and will add an additional 33MW, in a 16,000 sq.m two storey building. The site also includes ancillary power management infrastructure.
