We are of the opinion that 'green design' is the basis of all good architecture, not an optional add-on. Achieving a successful project in terms of sustainability requires the commitment of the whole design team from project inception. We believe it is the architects’ responsibility to deliver their professional knowledge and commitment to achieve an environmentally successful building.
Examples of such sustainable projects include:
Roebuck Hall Student Residence which was the first building constructed to Passivhaus Standard of this scale in Ireland.
Clonskeagh Square, originally built in the 1980s. Kavanagh Tuite Architect’s design resulted in the building achieving a Building Energy Rating of A3.
